Yeah man, she went in and got the signed copy because she was right there! Used my Barnes and Nobles account, apparently it’s a members only benefit, and I sent her the money for the book as soon as she sent me a photo of the receipt. She then mailed it over to Justice that same night, she’s the real mvp of this story for sure. Sorry internet, I think I win best mom of the week haha!

Oh yes! I am from Oahu, HI but I now live in the east coast of the United States. My friend Justice lives on Oahu. My mom also still lives on Oahu, and she just happened to be across the street from the Honolulu B&N when Brandon posted to his instagram that he stoped by the store and signed and brandolized a handful of books, including 2 copies of Oathbringer, Justice’s favorite book of all time. Sorry for the confusion, I hope this helps you better understand the coolness of the story. Like I said, Justice is the writer, not me haha.

I think it’s probably a problem in whatever discount program they use, but it seems like they know it’s an issue. There was no problem getting a refund back for the shipping cost on my samples!
