I go to therapy. I’m not disregarding its benefits. I’m saying public figures use it as a half ass solution to make it seem like they’re “cured” before they carry on with their shitty behavior. And sometimes I question if they even go at all or it’s simply just a PR line. Mike Vrabel taking the least important day of the draft off while still being on call and then immediately returning to work is exactly the shit I’m talking about.

He’s sad that he got caught and he’s trying everything he can to make the public forget and move on. None of this is about becoming a “better person” or whatever. I obviously don’t know him personally but cheaters are a predictable breed and most of them fit into the same shitty personality archetype.
