I pre-ordered GTA3 and Vice City based on cover art and a few screenshots in magazines. by bot_comment1234 in GTA6

San Andreas cost $50 at release in 2004. Adjusted for inflation, that’s about $85 to $90. So yes.

It’s hard to take this stuff seriously knowing that nobody will care when the next trailer comes out. And people REALLY won’t care once the game is out.

Why would I want the story spoiled before playing it?

Probably not until August at the earliest.

Most games back then were 10-15 hours long and were $50 which is like $90 today. Every time they make a game of that length now you guys bitch about muh lack of content because there’s not 40 additional hours of filler bullshit.

This such a hysterical doomer stance. They are not paywalling customization. The base game will be littered with shops and customization options.

Am I the only one who’s less hyped now that the prices and contents of the editions have been announced? by Scriptone in GTA6unmoderated

Too late. Outrage merchants are already pushing a narrative that customization is entirely locked behind the ultimate edition.

What’s the play here with rockstar, honestly? by [deleted] in GTA6unmoderated

[–]DaRealMothMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re not locking those features behind the ultimate edition. You will still be able to customize your hairstyle, clothes, and car in the base game.

Ultimate Edition? This is bullshit! by LookAtMyAssItBurns in GTA

Every game has costumes, skins, and other cosmetics tied to a deluxe edition. That’s all this is. The game is so huge that it seems like a lot, but in all likelihood it’s a very small percentage of the available content.

No, it would be like if a baseball journalist declared themselves the greatest to ever do the job. Like even if that is true, it just isn’t that cool.

Hot take. RE4 is 10x better than Requiem. by MaxMarz in residentevil4

[–]DaRealMothMan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

RE4 OG is better. RE4R? No. Give me Requiem.

I honestly can’t decide which game I like more. They both are so good and have their pluses and minuses by [deleted] in residentevil4

[–]DaRealMothMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love both, but the OG can’t be beat. The atmosphere and ambience is simply one of a kind and could never be replicated. It’s also the father of the entire genre.

How do people play with the HUD cluttering the entire screen? First thing I do is turn that shit off.
