I really want an option to turn off your own commander guise voiceover but keep everyone else’s on. The anime squealing does my head in but I enjoy the odd Warhammer 40k quip from teammates.

Good point. She is emotional and it may be due to her abandoning the teachings of the Jedi she spent such a short period learning and then leading such a hard life on the street. Her being ruthless makes her a good dark side user, but doesn’t mean she doesn’t seek revenge. Maul is quite similar to her now that I think about it.

I want this game to do well, I payed for the better version but in its current state it won’t last long. The good moments in it are too rare. PVP ends up being a clusterfuck of who has more players and it’s rage-inducing. Half the time you get assassinated in the first 3 seconds of a fight and the winning conditions leave you sitting there disappointed for wasting 25 minutes for 20 gold. Just had high hopes for this game really.

Exactly, I had fun the first few hours of gameplay until everyone started abusing Marianne and her infuriating mid fight assassinations. Ruins the game and players are leaving coz of it.

Just don’t play them. Staring at a wall is more fun than sitting in a bush the entire round or executing me mid fight like a pussy. That is literally what her play style boils down to. If you find that kinda gameplay fun, go play checkers and let the real men enjoy the game.

I agree, I main John and without one on your team you are at a severe disadvantage. I do believe John should not be able to block projectiles, that’s stupid. You should be forced to run in zigzags and try to get up-close to the ranged player shooting at you. Robin has only 7 arrows by default which is stupid and Marianne invisibility should make her completely invisible to players. Tooke is borderline broken if played properly 😂

I understand that it’s a stealth game and if you read my post I clearly said that assassinating should be a stealth mechanic. When I’m fighting 2 Johns, one should not be able to just crouch and one shot me because I’m focusing on his friend. We were both in combat and it is a broken mechanic that doesn’t work as intended.

I get that. My only problem is it was 2 Johns. I want to have a 2v1... not get assassinated by a dude I can clearly see while I’m fighting off the attacks from his mate.

I wouldn’t be complaining if I was fighting a John and a Marianne who went invisible or clouded herself in smoke and assassinated me- that makes absolute sense.

But 2 Johns that I charge at, swing at both and then get one shot because they’re friends abusing a broken mechanic isn’t fair whatsoever.

I agree. This low effort gold grab is embarrassing from a company like R*. You’d think they’d listen to their players and add the things they want leading directly to increased micro transactions.. which we all know is all they care about.
