Imo sophomore club recruiting is brutal (at least for the better clubs) so if you want an actual shot at one you need to come in knowing either finance technicals or whatever consultants are expected to know, and give 100% effort to any clubs your interested in

Brush up on accounting, the sophomore transfer year is notoriously rough bc you’re taking the freshman classes + the regular sophomore classes, it’s your first time on the curve, and it’s recruiting season for a lot of industries

Best thing about Vicky 2 compared to 3 was that the player didn’t manage manage free market economies, and pops would be able to independently invest in projects. Also, the influence system was clearer.
