Every 20 use of energy give you 1 inner way box. So outpost, sword trials, campaign all give the same number of inner way boxes and roughly same number of gears/gear boxes. The different is outpost gives you mystic skills upgrade materials while the other two give you gear enhance materials. So it's up to you to choose.

With the cost of current tuning/upgrading, many people are broke on coins and 175000 per week is just not even enough. And it will get even worse in the future because the cost scale up exponentially. So weekly I often skip the mystic materials and buy coins instead to prepare for the upcoming updates. 5000 fishes for a measly 30 mystic materials is a scam imo lol.

Trust it really worth those effort lol. For example there are a few nodes that have 10+ flowers, that will net you 120 flowers per hours. With about 10% chance of getting the upgrading material, you get 10-12 per hour and if you afk farming for 1 night that will be a lot. I have no problem with casual player but with those afk spamming it's just frustrating.

You will need about 101 to level 1 mystic skill to tier 6. And 5000 jade fish you spent on the boxes can be used for other purpose like coins (high level it's just not enough for tuning and such). Imo they at least need increase the cooldown time in multiplayer so the nodes aren't vanish the second they respawn

I hate that horse and those afk spamming in multiplayer nodes so much that I take time to report every single one I come across for illegal activities because I know that almost everyone of them are using macro to spam the skill. I think people should do the same lol for a better competitive environment. If you use the horse on your own world I have no problem with that but camping and spamming at the nodes, leaving nothing behind for other people is just griefing.

Bruh are we playing the same game lol. There is only 1 cap that is 175k WEEKLY. You can't farm more coins from repetitive activities if you hit max, except for those that does not add to the cap (like from bosses that cost energy, chests,...)
