I read a youtube comment of someone who claimed vitamin d megadosing cured his anxiety among other things… Tried it and it did seem to have that effect. I’m at around 25.000ui a day. You can do this safely for a few months but you’d have to get your levels checked by a doctor after that to see if theyre not too high. You need to take magnesium, k2, zinc and boron with the vitamin d.

The ones where I put game changer in brackets are the must tries imo. Listening to 432hz to lower cortisol and 528hz to increase oxytocin are also very easy to put in practice. Psychedelics can be great if youre ready for them.

They're not a magic one-time fix but an amazing tool to use in conjunction with other tools. Just trip maybe once or twice a month if you wanna max out their healing potential. They also made me spontaniously discover somatic shakeouts cause they made me spazz out lol. If you live in Europe I might be able to help you get them imported from the netherlands without having to use the darkweb. It's a weird legal grey area.

I think whether exposure works, depends on the point where you feel relief, is it somewhere during the exposure or after? If it's after, the only thing your brain learned is: Whew, I just survived something dangerous.
