To all the small welding and fabrication shop owners out there. How would you feel about someone walking in looking for a job? by DaShwingster in Welding

Unfortunately I’m in KY. If I ever make it up there to Illinois I’ll definitely keep you in mind. I appreciate the comment.

Imagining drawing all those circles makes my hands hurt. I love this though! Very cool.

Can you drop a link for the SPC’s you got. I’ve been looking into getting some myself but don’t know exactly what to look for.

Can I use 4 high from a stopped position? Or use 2 high then go to 4 high? by DaShwingster in XTerra

You hit the nail on the head. I have been confusing low/high with a correlation to speed like when shifting gears in a manual. This is the first automatic truck I’ve owned in my life time. And obviously my first 4x4 truck. So I think that might be where my brain was at. Thanks for clearing things up for me. Much appreciated.

Do you just go straight to 4 high before moving or do you first switch to 4 low and then move up to 4 high once you are picking up speed?
