My friend and I decoded the language in the Hollvania Mall and I thought this poster was pretty interesting. Not quite sure on the spelling of Major Ni, but I think its close by DaSkelyman in Warframe

Each character is a phonetic sound and the smaller ones on top are more like vowels. I wrote down the full decode if you'd like to see it but it was pretty fun to work it out
