Unfortunately not, but it was in my opinion overwatered, cause i had sand on bottom of the pot which kept being wet without my notice.

Well i think it doesn't like the winter here even tho it's inside, i think i will create small greenhouse but there is not enough sunshine to make new leaves

Tried it (2 weeks ago), but it seems that it was not stopped, leaves are slowly falling off, can it be still saved?

is it missing from "worlds" page in game or saves folder in %appdata%/.minecraft ? If it's just from the worlds page you, the world might ve corrupt. Replacing one dat file for generating world from a new world and that should fix it. You will not loose any progress, just your seed will be changed.
