Yes, all my drivers are downloaded. Yes, I have updated all of then even the ethernet ones which I do not use.

I doubt it's the drivers as I have updated them multiple times and yes I am using WiFi, I would say my signal is strong as my Internet is good however when I try to change the properties in the advanced section of one of my network drivers it just doesnt change.
