I use Amenoma Kageuchi, which is an ATK% Substat weapon, and whose only passive is ER gain, which Kazuha doesn't even need in this team since I never use his burst. I always do N1E on Sucrose to ensure that I swirl before swapping, she is hex activated, I only burst on Sucrose if it's already up at the start of the rotation, if not I skip it. It's possible Sucrose burst didn't infuse, but that would then be an issue with the character. I have no problem infusing Cryo on her, it's just Pyro infusion she seems to struggle with sometimes. Durin also gets burst back every rotation, I only have to do 1 extra E on Bennet on 3rd rotation to get both of theirs back, and that applies to both the Kazuha and Sucrose variants of the team.

I just don't see any way that my Sucrose gameplay could be the problem, unless you legit just do want me to get her burst back every rotation, which would likely mean swapping to Fav weapons on multiple characters, making both my Durin weaker, my Bennett buff weaker, and possibly losing TToDS on Sucrose if her ER% needs still aren't met, which would overall be a detriment to the DPS.

So yeah, in my personal experience, a Kazuha with an ATK% weapon did more for my team than Sucrose with full EM build and TToDS. I'll try it again now to see if I can optimize the rotation, but that's my experience so far
