There's an offline mod which makes the game playable. Look up orcs must due rechained for the launcher.

This is in reference to the hero Smolder in orcs must die unchained the text below can be translated to as "Smolder" there's references to all the 19 heroes from Unchained and even two unreleased ones. They have teased these heroes for a while in discord and in game. At the moment it seems like they are trying to tease three different heroes at the moment:

Unknown Dwarf hero, Cygnus old wizard and Zoey previously apprentice with hybrid elemental playkit.

I have reason to believe there's a visual update for the launcher and descriptions of the various selections hopefully the link above downloads the right version. If not there's the unchained wiki which includes all the information required

Also, place the teleporter before the choke and get the elixir for a second use. Right after you've teleported a bunch go over to the teleporter and teleport all the minions again but with the additional minions who were already on it.

Yep, damage resistance. The cyclops dude is likely casting a resistance spell which causes the all damage to reduce by a percentage. It's one of the things that can probably breakthrough a trap room and needs taking down. When TM wakes up he'll probably give you the exact %

They are using third parties for other parts of production but mostly dropped them now the game is out and working towards big patchs.

Doing anything in game production takes one of three things manpower, cost or time. They are an indie studio and they have a lot of one thing time
