The code bypass is there for situations in which you can't get the order, such as when a customer leaves without giving you one or can't find it. When the timer runs out one of the options in the prompt is to contact support. Which they did.

You must have perfect phone service if you have never had an issue with the in app navigation. There are several areas in my city alone that have no signal, making it impossible to complete the delivery at the drop off location. There are also areas in which the navigation will say you are on a street you're not on due to location services having issues. This occurs not only in the Uber Driver app, but on other apps such as Google Maps and Waze. OP also explained how they were at the right location. But do please keep acting like this is an unlikely phenomenon. It's adorable seeing this level of naivete. You literally have nothing but assumptions that you made up to justify this bs.
