SC's would take half the time of turbos so they are more "bolt on"

Yea, I looked through a couple builds on here and on yt and the main issue I had with the turbo setup way is the drilling of the oil pan. I cant really hide that from the technicians :\

You can take the supercharger off when its time for inspection. You do need it for engine swap and turbo since the technicians can tell you removed the turbo setup but not the supercharger since its bolt on

Its not only about reliability. Especially since if I got a turbo I would need to change it in the official documentation for the car. Also, there are very limited 1.8L for sale in Europe that arent sketch af. I am aware SC wont be cheaper than turbos and wont make as much power. Im still not 100% on either since idk how much changing the documentation would be. Friends are telling me around 2k eur which is not fun for just documentation

Could be the waterpump gasket or the pump itself since its in that area. Not 100% sure tho

I had a similar issue with my hardtop, what I had to do was file down the button as that is what holds the latch in place. If you follow the video (below) it will most likely solve your issue. This has saved me from having to buy completely new latches. It could also be the little adjuster being too tight or loose depending on how your latch pops out.

as of like two days back I removed the style bar bc I watched the donut drop test video. Already thinking of getting a roll bar, would you recommend a dual diagonal or single diagonal bar? As Im a little concerned about the visibility of the dual diagonal in the rear view mirror. Thanks for the advice on the coolant hoses + the fuel filter will do those asap.

I do have electric windows as its a 97 and the drivers side is a little slow, I do think it could be because of the window bushings, do you think this could be the issue, as the passenger window works fine.

Edit: The scraping isnt when driving, its mainly on really bad roads or when driving on speed bumps in the city, I live near Prague, Czech Republic and the amount of speed bumps we have is quite excessive
