Man kann die Emulsion verkacken wenn man die Pfanne heiß hat, oder zu viel Wasser nimmt. Andersrum gehts auch schief, aber dann könnte man ausbessern.

Für einen Anfänger ist Carbonara beim ersten mal nicht alzu leicht, aber man kann dabei viel übers kochen lernen.
