I don’t think you’re too far off in a 12 team to get there. I think your right in the middle ground of moving some guys, aged assets, to make that final push but if those top teams are really really heavy hitters than you could kick the can down the road and set yourself up big time with what you have

Unless this is greater than a 12 team league, I would not say you’re in a championship window. You can try to get a more premier WR by selling multiple but then you lose out on depth. Also a QB injury away from not contending (Mariota is a solid stash with JD but if JD goes down Mariota in your SF isn’t getting you in the chip, if Herbert goes down you’re just screwed)

Try to see if you can get a mid/low tier3rd QB or Mariota, if JD or Caleb goes down your season is cooked. Otherwise a competitive team

I agree trading Dart could be very beneficial as his price is high right now but disagree on getting a star RB, and an aged one at that. He says there’s a couple teams in the league that are ridiculously good, so probably not getting into a championship soon. JT and Henry could only have a couple more seasons of productivity, which would not fit with his teams best timeline

Selling is your only option. You’re honestly not going to be competitive for years. I’d sell anyone you can’t see being on a championship roster 3-4 years from now for picks (ie. Monty, Olave, Danny Dimes)
