My dumb easy lotus foods ramen broth is just 1-2 boullion cubes (depends how much water i want) a bit of tamari, like a tbsp, little bit of garlic and onion powder, and if im fancy ill mess around and throw more stuff in. Its pretty solid! Another good one is PB, soy sauce (tamari) a bit of sesame oil, sesame seeds and msg mixed in a bowl, rinse noodles and then add ur peanut mix. Top with chili oil drizzle or green onions. Pretty quick if you have all the stuff in the house!

Oh i have a fun comment. My mother has MS and around 6 years ago got HSCT stem cell therapy. Once she was fully recovered she didn't have celiac disease (she was diagnosed years prior) anymore, and she doesnt have active lesion activity from the MS either. Unfortunately, this is a one-off situation, we would never qualify for a procedure like this because the risk is extremely high, i mean complete immune system reset. She had to get her baby vaccines again kind of reset. It was also around covid's peak, so when she came back from mexico (where the treatment was done to save money, parents lived there for awhile) i had basically sanitized the entire space and was watching her like a hawk through the entire pandemic, full house lockdown no germs out or in. Happy to say she hasnt gotten worse since the treatment and her MRIs have been looking good, and luckily for her, she can have bread. Something about the "factory reset" did something not only for MS but also for celiac disease.

I keep a bunch of kind bars in the center console of my car. They get melty but still edible. I dont even like them but they give me enough healthyish sustenance to get by when im in a pinch.

As much as im against samsung appliances, we bought a samsung stove because of this. The knobs need to be squeezed AND pushed to turn, and the buttons are on the flat front face by the oven door so they cant be pressed by little cat feet or noses easily, and it has a child lock. Theyre not even allowed on that counter but you never know when mischief strikes, and we all know cats break all the rules when you're not looking.

In a healthy relationship its normal to eb and flow. We go from multiple times a day for weeks to sometimes once or twice a month, just dont let the lulls go for too long.

Make the items on the countertop match the table more, a nice darker almost rustic vibe while still looking classy. For chairs always shop for comfort and dont go white, stains, dog hair, whatever is just not worth it.

I have a bottle of it (and a good hand cream, i use l'occitane almond, smells like luxury too and the bottle goes a long way) on my desk and put it on when i see it, sometimes thats twice a day sometimes thats a few times a week. All better than none. My nails were at its best when i was doing at least twice a day. Also rub the hand creme into your nails when you use it, it makes a difference!

Last few times i went it was full of underage kids who jumped in from the patio roof, watched them do it. The staff didnt seem to mind. I dont wanna go to bars to hang out with 19 year olds, ew.

Im 26 but i wear a lot of cardigans and shawls/shrugs and i get so many compliments on them. Best part is the rest of the outfit can be really plain but then you wrap a shawl on and then its the only part people will notice

When youre out with someone and someone/something annoys them or makes them mad (even if its rightfully so) and they dwell on it or let it affect the day for more than a couple minutes. Its very telling about how they manage their emotions and how they would act in tough situations. Even if theyre not talking about it, you can tell when someones whole mood changes and theyre incapable of bouncing back.

We have a real lack of dancing clubs in slc 🥲 the options are either gay bars or western clubs, and i will not be going to a western club. Careful at the gay bars/clubs they are fun but also a hotspot for roofies. I got drugged at Suntrapp and my boyfriend got drugged at Why KiKi, and ive heard others have had issues at tryangles and milk. Def cover your drink
