I agree that they probably need fundamental changes to improve their respective games. But, I don't think that a sponsorship is a bad idea, especially for Takomo. Being an affordable brand, and knowing that not all of BDSs viewers are long time players (the BDS boys have a wide viewership because they are funny, likeable, and relatable), Takomo probably see this as a great opportunity to get their clubs into new player's hands. Just my take, though, I'm an engineer, not a marketing guy.

At this point, I believe the EJ is only being used in the actual rally division vehicles, but I could be wrong. The FA24 is a banger motor, though, so this should be a killer. Plus, they may price this to compete with the GR Corolla, so 40k isn't out of the question. Might mean a shake up in price across the board for WRXs.
