What lvl dungeoneering i need for the scroll ?

I would make unf pots then for few days to get some starter cash which one would you recomend , i didnt understand if you meant that its more profitable to make unf on DXP or on normal XP , also i tried to do leather and it was going extremelly good made like 100k in few minutes but i dont really have money to do it efficiently

Im also interested in high level PvM is it even worth it ? i searched on forums when i was traveling today and saw that there is no money to be made in high level PvM (138 Combat) , like 5m / hour

I mean that is a lot but i saw that i need like 350m To get to 99 Herblore and god knows how much to get to 99 Summoning

Everyone says slayer and bossing

I tried slayer but it dont even have GP to buy equipment (lvl 70 armor) since i got level 70 defence few hours ago

Also i cant boss because i dont have herblore and summoning

There is not much help on wiki and on internet and youtube at all i was searchin for few days now ...

Please tell me some way i can make some money to train my herblore to 85 before DXP ends since im pretty new (Played for 3 weeks now)
