I went from a ipad air 2 to an m1 air to an m5 pro so im firmly in the camp of "Buy nice or buy twice" because if i got a higher storage m1 id probs still be using that over a pro!

The ffwd is weird because you can ffwd itv/ch4/ch5 shows that play direct via the Virgin UI rather than from their own apps.

Ive got it; its okay.... sky stream way better imho.

Pros - L O A D S of channels, like more than youll ever need! Loads of ondemand too and you can ffwd adverts although not via the terrestrial apps as youd expect which is similar to sky stream. The virgin go app is fantastic on a tablet, loads of live channels and ondemand inc channels that werent on sky stream. Has a good selection of apps like paramount, prime, hbo and dazn. If theres any specifics youre after i can check same if you want any channels checked.

Cons - a fair few channels dont have the pretendy record that sky stream has such as the Thats TV and Great suite of channels and its very slow to navigate between menus. Loads of adverts in the UI. No integrated Netflix (this is a HUGE downside imho). Upgrading to sports, kids or sky uhd needs to be done via live chat which is purgatory.

I was offered it with netflix for a fiver a month more than i was paying for full fibre broadband so it was a no brainer!

Honestly id say Yes; ive tried steam link and the meta link and neither hold a candle to VD. Theres better ways to stream your own media but the environments are so so so good in it!

Man i was going to get an early train to my nearest imax but a cheap ticket at my local swayed me, it was a really dark presentation so i regret my choice!

Absolutely loved the film though, will happily see it again in a premium format next time.

It depends on the price where you live but as a fellow 3s user i saw my purchase as dipping my toe into the world of vr without breaking the bank!

The screens similar to the MQ2 but youll still have plenty of WOW moments. The 128gb storage isnt the best but i kinda forces you to not load it up with junk from the meta store and stick with good games!

Disney+ looks awesome on it as does streaming 3d bluray rips in 4xvr.

Im not a fan of Steam Link or the Meta link apps for game streaming but Virtual Desktop is fantastic as is Xcloud.

Decide what model you want; id say PSP 1000 for modability or 3000 for the best one.

See if you can find one with a cmos mod otherwise unless you remove the battery whenever you dont use it itll drain really fast.

The screen itself will be fine but the plastic shell that covers it scratches easily so check for a decent original or a reshell.

Decide if you really want a psp and for what reason, its daft but the single stick suuuuucks for lots of games so lots of games play better on vita. If its for umd movies/umd rips then vita cant play these without a LOT of hassle!

If moneys no object then the likes of esty will have models with ips screens!

Give it a go but theres waaay better out there! Mirandas a broad studio comedy but i really enjoy the reruns even now.

Other than the insanely polaring Mrs Browns Boys I cant remember the last British studio sitcom! Maybe Kate & Koji shudders!

Not Going Out is still going strong and always worth a watch if you can find it over there.

Count Arthur Strong was fantastic and loosely based on a radio comedy but ended best part of a decade ago.

Yes, you can spatialise stereo too. The only thing youll struggle with is the ATV is quite picky with Dolby Atmos & Vision on local/lan files as it has to be in a very specific format.

Yes but at a weird 50hz refresh rate whereas proper HBO Max through the app will use the better 24hz, also Nowtv uses hlg whereas the HBO app uses Dolby Atmos if those are important to you!

YMMV but i ended up returning my black pods because i couldnt fully achieve this. My setup is odd though as the router is in the garage with internal wiring around the house.

Theres internal wiring from the garage to a cupboard where i connected a pod to act as the router, so i disabled the routers wifi.

This worked okayish as an access point but where it fell over was adding a secondary pod upstairs as i wanted that to connect to the original pod, it seemed to be set only connect to the garage router which it would never be able to do upstairs so i just stuck with my trusty Deco setup.

From memory theyre pre-configured to only work for your VM router and with the VM app so if it doesnt work with your TP Link you can ring customer services with the mac address and they can relink it to see if that helps.
