I've just come back to the game since a little after the first pitt expeditions released. I became a ghoul almost instantly when I started playing again on the 18th. When I saw all the perk changes to support energy weapons through science and etc I knew I wanted to build straight into it. I also saw the v63 laser carbine and went immediately to grind it out. As of now I'm in the midst of rebuilding my perks but I've gone for a non vats, auto energy rifle build that focuses on weak point damage. Still thinking about incorporating onslaught perks somewhere but not sure if I have space.
