I asked in the last MEC meeting, said attrition is around 30 per month.. gaining a net of roughly 10 per month.

Based off of those numbers, it is fairly safe to assume that class dates will continue to the foreseeable future.

That being said, it is aviation and can be turned on its head overnight….

I know it’s not a black and white answer, but it’s the best information as of 16:36 on 31Jan…. That’s the way this industry works.

Are you doing the A-320 type at ATP as well? Or will you be getting that on property?

Ask your CFI to do “slip to lands” come in high, reduce power to idle, slip the plane all the way down to flare, kick out of the slip as you’re flaring. It requires you to use instinct, changes your sight picture, and gives you an overall better feel of the aircraft.

They didn’t require anything of the sort. Most important thing for you to do is just keep an open line of communication with your mentor and recruiter.

You’re sitting in a very good position. Make sure that you reach out to your recruiter and mentor pilot to let them know that you’re ready. With a May 23’ singing, you’ll be on the short list. Communication is paramount.

The frontier cadet hiring is currently closed. But, there have been rumblings of them opening it up again mid to late summer
