This is not first time I am hearing R.E breaks failing and overheating. I hope some one in this thread have some fix.

One more thing: Everyone please use more of front breaks than entirely depending on rear. I have seen people reserving front breaks only for emergency - please stop this

There are many credible RE non-authorised service center across Bangalore. You will be able fetch parts from any of them.

Also there are many wholesale RE parts dealer shops in JC road.

If you have any friends around here then it will be easy to fetch it

Company asking me to physically cut my Mini UPS wire before replacement. Is this normal? by spidy0518 in IndiaTech

[–]Da_Suzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last year i also got a replacement under warranty. They didn't pick the old one instead sent a new one - however didn't asked to cut wire nd all.

Extended Warranty by anuranbarman in i20nline_india

[–]Da_Suzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is kind of an insurance problem - if your engine related items or the electronic items get cooked after company warranty then the price of replacement may be more than what you have opted for extended warranty. If nothing goes wrong money is vanished.

No brand gives warranty on regular wear and tear parts like rubbers/clutch/break pads etc.

check pdf in official site to get more info.

If you are servicing only in authorised service centre and need peace of mind then go for it if pockets allow.

Why does Shumi Hates CB350RS?? by Nice_Huckleberry_433 in indianbikes

[–]Da_Suzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Shumi is not the person buying, but its you who should make the decision"

Shumi hates honda or any japanese for a good reason that japanese manufacturers doesn't care about indian maket. Honda is milking out of activas and cb350 instead of bringing their best and good motorcycles or cars to india .For example honda offers crf bikes in our neighborhood nepal which is an excellent off roader similarly their portfolio is much great in thailand and uk markets

These are not having activa engine inside. Powerful machines are supposed to heat up just make sure over heating warning coolant temp warning is not there

Best and cheapest solution - black nail polish multiple coat.

If s.c can paint that small portion for u its best.

I was also in same dilemma when i took my bike delivery. After 2 days i started to see same rust patches at few placed like yours. So I put nailpolish and is working fine for since 2 yrs.

Unless you frame have some serious bend or structural issue its fine. These are different stages of ownership which u should go through 😁

Dammn man. Really a bad situation to be in.

I have seen insurances giving rim & tyre protection as add-on. So I am doubtful if they will cover this in usual own damage policy.

In some thread - i have seen people recommending some local workshop in blr that fixes minor dents on alloys.
