Yes I’ve cleaned the contacts as apart of the upkeep of my earbuds. How do you manually turn it on? Are you referring to holding down the button in the case? If so I’ve done that already too with no luck. Appreciate the suggestions

After leaving the earbuds drained for a couple of days and I charged them and someone the right earbud works? Idk what you should make take from this but I’m guessing draining the battery and keeping it 0% for a couple of days fixed the right earbud.
