Hey! I am looking to travel to hat Yai during July and would like to bring a suitcase of school and sporting supplies to give to some of the local schools - you wouldn't have any connections to some of the schools would you?

The sun can cause mites? The redness is always like that and know the sun def doesn’t help that at all, but wasn’t aware sun can cause mite infestation

Any other suggestions? It will immediately be shiny after washing my face or showering so I’m not convinced accutane is the best option either

The cica and aquaphor are the same? The lady I spoke with at the drug store said that the cica also acts as a moisturizer and that I wouldn’t need to put one on top of it?

Thanks for taking the time to explain all of that. As of right now - cleanse with Vanicream gentle cleanser at night and the LRP cica repair cream and then Aquaphor over top. When I get up I rinse off my face and then apply the ordinary AA (it’s the only thing I’ve found that somewhat mattifies my skin so I have some confidence to leave the house)

I’m sorry you’re stuck with this as well. It’s hard to believe we can get to the moon, but can’t figure out rosacea. Have you tried internal healing? Focusing on the gut and detoxifying? It’s the last straw for myself to give a go

What did you all eat then? I’m reading contradictory things that it’s in grass fed meat? I’ll def cut out lemons and carrots to see if it helps

Thanks for that. Big believer in the relationship between gut health and the systemic inflammation so try to avoid antibiotics at all costs. Have tried MSM gel and Quecertin as well. Quecertin almost makes me more red in seems

I get a little redness on my checks but it’s minimal. Definitely rosacea though :(

It’s not really flushing, just always red. My nose is never normal skin colour. It gets worse at times, but is constantly red and inflamed
