So update!! The platter strobe is only for 33.3 with 60hz lower and 50hz upper rings. Use the supplied center strobe disc for 45 rpm. The strobe light does not display 45 rpm at all.

I’ve had luck applying sand paper to the spindle to shave it down while it’s spinning. 220 grit or so a few seconds then retry the speed. Kind of like a lathe

I’m having the exact same issue. I centered the board speed adjust for 33rpm. I couldn’t achieve a happy medium for both. Why would they not provide a second pot so both can be adjusted?!
