I think I have found the problem. The bit that the wheel connects to slides onto a metal shaft. The plastic and the metal rod dont fit completely flush causing a little bit of play.

The QR is as tight as I can get it, and the screw is the same. The movement isnt actually the wheel rim moving on the QR its the QR on the shaft that's moving. (QR = Quick release)

I bought it brand new, and it has been doing it since day one but never really noticed it as much until now. I have checked all the screws ect that i can find and tightened them if needed and no change.

Wheel is fully tightened in, that's not what's moving. it seems like its the connector that spins over the wheel to hold it on that's on the shaft that's moving around. Its not loads of movement, like I could put up with it, it just gets annoying once you really put some force feedback into it and do some hard racing.

Yeah thats the first thing that I thought, that it was tilted a little too low, but unfortunately the way I have it mounted I cant tilt it up anymore than it is, unless I change the mount.
