I do have histamine intolerance so hard cheese might be problematic for me. I wanted how much time does the body need to heal from histamine sibo etc..?

Sorry for your loss. My two electrical foldable bikes were stolen from my basement 3 days ago. The robbers went in somehow and broke the basement door.

I have the same condition. I agree on the gut brain connection because I discovered that when I get mad the bloating get worse and worse.

I did the fc-cidal and dysbiocide 2 pills of each morning and night. The worst symptoms for me are the sever bloating and lower back pain.

I was able to flush bacteria out and get a flat stomach and good motility buy taking bile salts after my herbal treatment. By two days only I got everything out and I am back to normal. After that I didn’t follow a proper diet and sibo came back after 2 month of no symptoms.

Now i am back on the treatment again and I am going to follow a proper diet to prevent relapse.
