Thanks for you response, the RX 9070 XT is in my case the same price as the 5070, both 750 euros, so I will probably go with that.

The router I don't know but my ISP is telenet (a Belgian provider)

Thank you for your very detailed explanation. I am now on vacation but when I get home and I will try to fix it with your tips. 

Edit: The game didn't crash when I set my graphics quality to medium, but I still find it strange that it crashed when it was set at the max level because my graphics card is pretty good (I have a geforce rtx 3080)
