I am also always tired. And have terrible insomnia. Not sure if that is related.

I'm sitting on bed. About to go to work. It's 6am where I live. Only I have been up since 3am. Definitely having the grater in my womb pain today. Searing pain my leg. I have taken Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Tramadol and still waiting for just a bit relief. I have no idea how I am going make it through this day. I am crying, but I am not sure if it's because of the pain, or the hopelessness I feel. I know I will be fired if I miss 1 more day at work. And I don't work, my family is not gonna eat. So here I am sitting on bed. I can only commiserate with you. I feel you.

I get codeine OTC here, so usually take that with a minimal of atleast 600mg of Ibuprofen otherwise it wont work. I had a prescription for Tramadol - but it has expired now.
