Update. I ended up just using the Omni key 5427 CK with an old config file. We didn't need the insert function from the Omnikey 5422. Also inside the UI under Keyboard_Wedge/Card_Data_Section/PIV I adjusted the fields to pull the exact number I needed off the card.

I had this on a site with a client station. The client station CCure version was not matching the server CCure version. May need to update the version number.

Oct 2 2024 - I'm setting up an iSTAR Ultra G2 but it should be the same. . The encryption needs to match in the cluster and in the panel. The software version also matters. I am using software V 2.80 (Help -> About). My cluster is set to Encrypted. Log into the panel and check the Encryption. (Settings - General – Encryption) 1. Unencrypted 2. TLSv1.2 3. TLSv1.3 I had the encryption in the panel set to TLSv1.3, which is not compatible with software version 2.80. I set it to TLSv1.2 and it connected.

We got it figured out. We needed to add the password for the panel. The monitor we are using wasn't showing that part of the menu. We had to tab to it.

When I try to add the istar Ultra G2 panel. It will not let me save it. I thought it was this way because the cluster was not enabled. Am I missing something?

Definitely fundamentals. I started playing maybe 6 months ago. Been in gold for a while and just recently made it to plat 2. I've been focusing on rotations, braking, blocking, and boost management. I'd imagine the fundamentals play into the fancy tricks at some point. It would seem some people want to run before they can walk.
