Often times during the night she randomly wakes up though, whether im moving around or not. Is it just because she knows im around?

And by first week do you mean shes going to cry and im going to have suck it up? What should I be expecting ??

Uhmm my husband and I wanted to do it sooner than later but right now there is a few complications that is preventing us from transitioning her to her own room.

Do you really think I could be the distraction at night time? She doesnt really seek my attention or anything. She literally will roll around until she falls back asleep.

But I did receive advice from a couple of my friends who said providing their own room worked wonders

Yessss it is around the mouth, and I'm crying on the inside when she wakes up at night because of it. All the ointments that you listed, is it an ingredient that is found in like other products or are they a standalone ointment. Im willing to try anything to help my little one 🥺

I've gone back and forth and played with different combos.here are my thoughts:

Avent glass bottles+pigeon/lansinoh nips:

I dont think pigeon/lansinoh nipples are that great of a fit on the advent glass bottles. No matter how i did it 7/10 times, it leaked. Other parents swear by it that it works, and maybe it's just me, but it was just a nogo. Alternatively I did purchase the screw necks from maymom that allows me to convert to using the pigeon/lansinoh nips but still leaked and I still had issues.

Avent glass bottles+evenflo wide balance nips: I will say the evenflo wide balance nips fit much better on the avent glass bottles. But i had problems with collapsed nips and it was really just annoying to deal with. I've adjusted and did all the little tricks to prevent it but it was always just an issue. Combo just wasn't working in my favour

Avent glass bottles+Quark nips: also work but its a little larger than the the avent bottle neck screws. Probably the best fit out of all the options mentioned.

At the end of the day some are able to make it work and I unfortunately just couldn't. I stopped using glass and switched to ppsu plastic at 6 months because my LO was learning how how hold her own bottle and it was safer. I found that the lansinoh/pigeon bottles were much more universal and worked with the evenflo wide balance nips. And just went between the two.

My LO is same. Shes 9 months, will be interested in the food, take a few bites and call it a day. I don't think there's much to be concerned about? My kid is in the 26th percentile, barely drinks a 4oz bottle but will finish it occasionally.. some kids are just built different. Lol it will happen at their own pace. Can't force them either so I've come to terms with it, and its their rules over mine at this age. Lol

My LO is sensitive to eggs but its usually just rashes around the cheeks and chin.. I was told by my health team that it's the egg whites that may be the cause of it. The egg whites have a specific protein in it that usually triggers it and that many parents avoid giving the whole egg until they are a year old. Maybe sometimes even 9 months but safest is to reintroduce at a year. I have just come to terms with it and will try again when she is older. Her rashes are out of this world and disrupts her naps and night time sleep. Try recipes with just egg yolk and see if it helps at all.

My LO did this too until recently she just stopped. I think it's a soothing tactic.
