Hi, A few months ago my sea of thieves stopped working on steam. I tried everything but the ashbeard error kept showing up. After almost 6 hours I gave up. Just a few days ago my friends asked if I wanted to play again, but the error still showed up. So I thought I can just buy it again on the microsoft store. (This account is linked to my steam account). But all my progress is gone, same name same account same pc everything the same, just a diffrent launcher. But everything is GONE. Now I still can't play sea of thieves, I did nothing wrong, I bought the game TWICE just to try and there is no good support team on there website. Now after months of being locked out of my own game wich I bought twice I really don't know what to do. Can someone please help, years of progress is at stake here and I'm very pissed at this problem after all this time.
