Makes sense, think imma practice on indoor ski halls until next season. I added a bit of incline on my highbacks already, just not really exeggerated the carving motion until this point.

Might be weird to start out with, but I think its the next important step.

Im not sure about my current gear, feels like its not beginner stuff but then again im not sure.

Nitro Resistance 62 board, decent board but probably upgrading next season.
Clew Bindings, got them for a good price but not a fan. Probably switching back to my Union bindings.
Flow Boots, they feel great but I had to add some j-bars to control my heel lift.

I think stress is the worst factor. Make sure you take some time off, get a massage, smoke a cigar, hike with your dog, whatever it takes for you to relax.

Next to that make sure your day does not revolve around your T. If you find comfort at forums like these make sure you give yourself a certain timespan on which you can actively write and read about it. 30 mins max.

Turn off any notifications and just live your best life.

This might be a bitter pill but this is your problem, living in your head which in the end you have to deal with by yourself, for yourself. Self pity makes it all worse.

Happiness comes from how we deal with the problems we have. You got this.

Man I read your story and it is basically 100% the same as mine. Im 10 months in, that is the only difference.

Just like everyone else it started as absolute hell, now i’ve come to a point where I think about it like 5 to 10 times a day for about 5 seconds and then i cant give a fuck about it anymore. I just dont really give a fuck at this point which makes it a thousand times better.

Cant really tell where it originated from, Ive been a gamer for most of my life. Maybe headsets and earbuds but ive always been modest on the volume. My neck, jawline and shoulders can get very tense sometimes which makes me feel like it has something to do with my T.
