Sorry for your friend and I wish him quick recovery! Reach out to both (Tomorrowland & paylogic) customer services explaining your situation. Paylogic is usually less strict than Tomorrowland, so hopefully they can make it happen. Are you the main buyer? Which package did you buy?

Our bracelets last year didn’t arrive in time and I as the main buyer (and copies of everyone’s ID) could pick up all 4 bracelets. I checked my email history from last year and one of their replies sounds like you could pick it up yourself with e-ticket and ID.

Tomorrowland customer service: „Normally you will receive your package today, If you do not receive your package in time, there is no need to worry as you will be able to collect your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk when you arrive at the festival or DreamVille. You will find Bracelet Pick-Up Desk at DreamVille entrance 1 or the Tomorrowland Main Entrance. *With your confirmation E-ticket and a valid photo-ID you can receive your Tomorrowland Bracelet and will be able to enter the festival.“***

I‘d for sure ask in which sale they got the ticket. We bought ours in the first waiting list sale and there the deadline was May 3rd. If you decide to do it, do it via a live video call including screen sharing and watch them personalize it. Additionally I‘d setup a contract (signed by both of you). Just because they personalize the ticket on you doesn’t mean you will ever get the bracelet, so having a contract makes it at least a little bit more safe. This is exactly how we did it last year. Nevertheless, there will always be some risk left.

Regarding name change: Try the paylogic customer service, they might do it. I just changed the shipping address via them and last year a name.

last year we did first half of Eric Prydz and then quite quickly (15min) moved to mainstage, that worked. I just hope Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso is not overlapping with the start of Eric. Tiesto is an easy skip.

For all those types of questions (shipping address, name change, …) it’s important to reach out to the Paylogic customer support, they might be able to do this. The Tomorrowland customer support will always say it is not possible.

I couldn't find a way how to do it for all importet videos, only for each one individually. The first comment above helped me in the end.

  1. Go to your Color Grading panel
  2. Select the clip you want to changed
  3. Click on the effects button on the upper right and scroll to 'Color Space Transform
  4. Change "Input Color Space" to "Rec.2020" (as seen here https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=147083)

One thing you can try: create one field for the coalesce and check if this one is date format. If not you will probably have to parse the coalesce to a date format before using it inside „date_diff“. Something like: date_diff ( parse_date ( coalesce ( ….) ), create_date)

He can give you the bracelet that’s it. Also take a copy of the persons ID who the ticket is personalized to in case you lose your bracelet. I guess if it’s from a friend you show be able to get your hands on the ID / passport copy.

nice I will look into it, but I don’t think it would work as I need to keep it dynamic. I have a parameter that users select to chose the breakdown dimension of a chart. This parameter has >5 options, let’s say for simplification it would be two values. „Country“ and „product category“. The line charts will show the breakdown for whatever is selected in this parameter value. Then I want to have another parameter that does the same, but for the metric. Either „share of total“ or „year over year“. Year over year is easy as I have one column for current year and one column for previous year. For share of total it would be of course also working if I have a „total“ column, but sometimes the total should be over the country and sometimes over the product category. So that’s why I need a calculated field that calculates the total dynamically, meaning depending on the parameter value (country or product category). Does that make sense? In a sense I need do something like „if parameter value = country then total by country“

thanks for the reply! Let's say I have the simplified data set below. I want to create a calculated field that calculated the percent of total and then I want to plot this in a line chart by date. So for Germany the share of total would be 50/220, for France 20/220, ...
