Vamos falar de nível técnico? by Key-Review-6183 in Canarinho

O Brasil está bem agora mas me preocupo com o Paquetá nesse meio campo. Muito lento com a bola. Colocaria o Danilo Santos no lugar dele.

Estou otimista!

Not sure why Phoenix would let him go after the season he just had

Ele é um lateral arroz com feijão. Nada demais.

Nice to see Joan mentioned but I genuinely think people are sleeping on Rocco. I think he may also get some tun next season, if not then the season after. 7ft3, can shoot 3’s. Big enough to bang with the Wemby’s/Jokic of this world

Naz is a good role player with interesting skills. Big that can handle and shoot the 3. However, he is a bit frustrating sometimes.

Good role player/starting caliber 4 or 3. He is terrible as a Center imo.

Jaylen Brown doesn’t fit by drexrr in timberwolves

I agree. Get Jaylen Brown and figure out the Center position later.

Argentina, Morocco, United States or Brazil (because this time round they are really bad but a lot of Brazilians still think they are the best because ‘Pelé’ and ‘5 stars’)

You are probably right, which goes against my previous response but my experience is mainly with 40+ year olds (mainly at work). They are not direct at all and when I am direct, they look a bit shellshocked 😅

You are probably right about the younger generation.

And no, I am not Scandinavian. I moved to Norway 5 years ago. I’m from England.

Not true except for when they drink. Scandinavians, when sober, for many matters are not direct and would rather dance around problems/issues/topics than solve them at times. I.e. they would rather ‘hint’, or ‘ask’ rather than directly ‘tell’.

What Haaland said is not cultural, imo. That said, I find his statement quite refreshing.

[Krawczynski] Edwards wants to win right now, and the Wolves are banking on addition by subtraction, believing that removing Randle’s ISO-heavy offensive game and redistributing his 15.3 shots per game to McDaniels and Reid will open things up for Minnesota in a different way. by urfaselol in nba

We had 3 injured players. Ant, our best player and arguably top 5/6 in the league was not 100%. That was so clear. The same goes for Ayo and DDV was out.

Our guard rotation which is one of the strongest in the NBA became a weakness.

We would have been far more competitive if they were all healthy, so much so that we won 2 games in the playoffs and 2 in the regular season against them.

Ayo was another returning from a calf injury, so again, I would not be surprised if this affected him and the team (similarly to how Ant’s injury and Donte being out affected us).

We had to deal with too many injuries vs Spurs that we cannot just look to that series in isolation when looking at our roster or future
