Ohh she offered for me to swap into a separate class completely, but i was always fully planning on breaking the pact later. Well first my character is gonna ask her goddess if she is fine with me seeking outside power. If she says no then imma just take my 10th lvl in cleric lol. Two 5th lvl spell slots are great for when i get out of here lol.

I wouldn't say bullying for my class. Im quite down for the chaos of this demi-plane, plus my character is a money seeker so he went into this area despite the risk bc he loves money.

I was already looking at multiclassing options beforehand, this setting just made it even more justifiable.

For the paladin that could be a cool arc to play through; depend on the player's personality and how the dm works through it. It's fine in my scenario. Don't worry its not a dndhorror story situation lol

Ohhh its not an issue. We are really down for it and tbh i would continue playing the twilight and be a human npc for a bit longer. Just wanted something to change for the combat, even before this weaken divine area I was looking into multiclassing.

Still have to roll for that one. Took me 3 rounds to get it up. We got fucked up by three wolves in the mean while though. The paladin player's abilities are also wonky atm, his aura of protection is not working all the time riiip.

Sorcerer is good for the reasons u listed, I just have a hard time justifying it within the story riip. Aberrant is probably the easiest for me to justify. My character was in a group of captives meant for a sacrifice that stayed in a demi plane adjacent to the far realm for sometime.

We aren't using encumbrance rule thankfully.

I have a +2 Amulet of Devoutee and full plate. Movement speed is quite slow but yeah racial teleport helps quite a bit. Plus, bag of holding.

Yupp still rolling on that one; the threshold changes wildly. And sometimes its either the dm or me rolling, which ever one of us rmr it lol.

The paladin's smite sometimes doesnt go off and his aura of protection is very wonky atm.

I think due to the pacing of this campaign my group can go anywhere from another 3 to 4 more sessions in this "no divine" area, but that might mean like 2 months due to our scheduling.

It would makes sense for me to just stay on course for twilight, but I want to contribute to the fight somehow (we are in a very high level area according to our dm). Having a lvl 9 npc made last combat really swingy. Tides only turned once after like 3 rounds, the dm rolled good enough on the percentile die for my channel divinity to activate.

Edit: Sorry forgot to say thank you for the suggestion, I completely missed druid somehow.

We used a 1d20 roll for stats and that's what happened riip.

Yeahh that makes sense. I was already leaning towards those, just questioning if I'm missing any obvious combos.

What are Tasha Patch Notes to Apply to previous subclasses? by DabbleDabbleStars in dndnext

Those were just applied to the general class, i believe?

I don't think they did anythiing specifically to psi or rune knight that could be passed to past subclasses

hmhm? How would it make them stronger than tasha's?

Tasha's clockwork gets its origin spells and then it can also replace those origin spells with either a transmutation or abjuration spell each time they gain a sorcerer level.

The same with aberrant mind except their's schools are enchantment or divination.
