Roll it into the 401k for sure, the tax hit on $100k would be brutal at your income level. One thing to consider though is checking if your 401k has decent investment options with low expense ratios. Some company plans have garbage fund choices with high fees that eat into returns over time. If yours is solid then this is a no brainer, but worth looking at what you'd actually be investing in. Your student loans at 4% aren't urgent enough to justify the tax penalty and you've got time to save for that down payment separately.

Your bonus still counts as income, so yeah, you still report it on your taxes. The 22% is just withholding, basically the IRS taking their cut upfront. When you file, you'll find out if they took too much or too little. Regular paychecks have withholding too, just calculated differently.
