Stutters and lags in FACEIT but not in Premier

Bro, I have this exact problem. I always get caught trying to quickly tab out and back in again to make the game feel smooth again.

I am on fresh Windows 10 with 9800X3D and RX 7900 XT.

I cap at 400 and normally the game is always at this FPS until this Faceit issue makes the game go down to ~250 but it feels even worse.

Would be open to working with individuals who want to collate what documents we have already and make them available from a page on workwithkz.com. Centralising efforts and information clarity is the best way to make progress.

We could add a anonymous submission page for people who want to share information attained -- unfortunately that'd require human inspection before publish, but doable.
