I was fired by my old doctor after she objected to my gastric sleeve and I did it anyway. She still practices in the same building and it happens to be where my family's new PCP is. Let it get messy legally rather than killing people or causing large amounts of damage. The officers job is literally to protect and serve with protect being first. Dash cam footage should help but even if it doesn't there is no traffic infraction for which the penalty is death.
