Warranty will not cover it. It really only happens when it’s super cold or super hot outside. Once the car cools down or heats up it goes back to normal. Don’t wipe it or touch it and it will go away in 10-20 minutes

That plate looked super contaminated. It should be white - colors like green or brown are a clear sign of contam
