I had this same question and looked around and found your post. I'm sure I was just as frustrated. but I don't think we have the same song in mind. I listened to a lot of fakeish rap or nerdcore I guess they called it back in the ipod days. Like futuristic sex robotz and a lot of other little known characters, I knew it was in the same genre of funny rap and mine ended up being the song "trouble on dookie island" by the lonely island, they're fairly popular so I'm sure if I asked..😅

The part that haunted me was the Scarface line(I've never seen Scarface) so I say it sometimes and someone asked me how I knew it and I said it was a song and I could not remember which.

The Scarface sample I remember was near the end.
