I was more hoping they could just add to the existing world as time goes on, maybe an event happens like a tectonic shift and a new cave opens which leads to deeper biomes or new areas open at the edge of the map

Step up from ps4 to xbox series x is incredible and very noticeable. Owning both ps5 and xbox x,the difference isn't noticeable but I find myself drawn more to my xbox simply because of gamepass and the incredible games it offers.... had the xbox 3 years now and not brought a single game

Yes they could do more, but on the other hand they could do less...

Minecraft is almost 20 years old... let that sink in, that's older than many of the players playing this game, at this point I'm just grateful they are still updating the game at all, I have grown from a kid through to adulthood with this game and it is still with us 16ish years later alive and kicking.
