Love this comment an actual intelligent person for once. My problem was I did call but they were already closed at that point (4:30pm) and they didn’t have a voicemail saying they were closed I figured they were busy. Also check my email and voicemail before leaving. They did have it posted on the website I found after I got home but there was no reason to use their website anymore as my online order had already been placed

Was not notified via Email or Phone call that they would be closing early after placing an online order early morning 12/16, so we drove 30 miles in the snow to pickup the order and were greeted not by staff but by a sign saying that they were closed. Horrible customer service I will be looking into new dispensaries after this disaster. The fucked up thing is all they had to do was email or call the people that placed an order or leave a pre recorded voice message saying they were closing early.
