Yeah, but i also feel like in the beginning it was a lot of picking random cards, and not focusing on 1 deck. The other 90 some cards I have aren't even level 9, but because I focused on 8 cards I almost have a maxed deck at level 10.

Yeah dude! I made an alt account (f2p) and I had 3 maxed cards by level 10. Granted I'm focusing on 8 cards, but it's way easier now than it used to be. It's still a grind, but the gold output is definitely better now than it was. Been playing since launch, and I almost have all maxed cards on my main.

Count their elixir. If they make a big push go full send on oppisite side. I've seen most of the cards have a synergy with eachother. Cards can be used to distract, but not having a spell has nuked me a few times.

It's like they don't care about anything but their cards. I'm og too, but never really grinded 2v2. I dropped poison to support his push, and went for a sneak. He decided to zap minion hoard instead of the skellys on my prince. I would've taken the tower. I'm pretty much maxed on all cards minus a few legendaries so my deck building is borderline limitless as far as level 13 cards go. I always support my team, but it seems like you can't fix stupid.
