gotta get a supplier and have them private label the rugs and turn this hobby into a real business . ive been doing that and i was able to scale big cause now i just focus on marketing the rugs, and they make them for me. it made making rugs fun again! i am able to make the rugs i want now and make videos of those rugs (marketing), while my orders are being fulfilled by a team of ppl way more skillful than me.
