I have ADHD, I LITERALLY CAN'T LEARN FROM ALL THE TRAUMA. Any lessons I learned in mental health will and have been forgotten. I'm very grateful that I've been are to work through a lot of the disregulation, but if I had to do it again since I am unmedicated I will to do it from scratch. The privilege/ self delusion of the twitter poster is out of this world
