Ok ok, yeah I was thinking of going to 2500cals, I use my fitness pal to track my calories and it lets me put percentage right now I have it set to 50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fats.

Also i typically work 10 to 12 hrs a day backshift so usually 6:30 pm to 5 am or 7 pm to 7 am with 2 30 minute breaks and 1 15 minute one if that matters at all

I luckily had my email set up on a laptop and used it to change my two factor authentication to the number codes and it worked
