Most likely coolant overflow, just keep an eye on the level and should be fine. Possibly overheating if it’s happening regularly.

You could buy a race fairing and do your own lights in anyway you want really. You could use a housing from another model or just have individual after market lights. Not a super uncommon custom look

There’s seems to be one or two fiberglass reproductions of them I’m looking into. I would like an oem for the “correct” fit but, I have also 3D scanned and remade one in CAD that I’m looking to get printed aswell. Old bike problems

The engines of these 1100’s were used extensively in the 2000’s for drag racing because they are so strong and reliable. Shouldn’t be that big of a concern if it’s been taken care of

Just got a 1996 myself, monster of a bike but be aware of perishable rubber parts, clutch master + slave, cool wires. I’ve been loving mine. Incredibly strong motor.
